• Survey design, definition and scripting. We have both on-staff consultants as well as arrangements with professionals with specific industry expertise that we can utilize on an as-needed basis. Fees for these services vary, depending on the subject, industry, level of expertise required, and other project variables, but can start as low as $10 per question.
  
  
• Survey setup. Our Customer Services team will setup surveys online using any document provided to us with your survey content. Fax or email your survey draft and we'll setup the first 3 questions of your first survey at no charge. Fax to (949) 585-0050 or email to Customer Service.



• Data entry. For multi-modal surveys where paper or telephone versions are conducted in addition to the online version, Hostedware offers data entry services - typing the responses into the database from the completed paper form or from completed telephone interviews.
  
  
• Custom Reporting. Reporting packages are available ranging from simple to complex, from Excel reports to Power Point presentations to web-based data marts. Prices start as low as $495.
  
  
• Graphics and Animation. Hostedware offers custom graphic design, touchup, logo development, flash animation, and even character animation to help give your survey the touch of professionalism and creativity you are looking for. Flash animation can be used to introduce your survey and provide interactive content for review and feedback. Character animation can be a fun way to encourage completes and navigate end-users through various stages of longer, multi-page surveys.
